A 2019 South Miami / Pinecrest bath remodel anchored on a long espresso vanity with a white-and-grey speckled granite top, brushed-nickel single-hole faucet, and a dark wood-framed mirror. Plank-tile floor carries through to the bedroom beyond.
A 2020 South Miami / Pinecrest steel-railing fabrication run end-to-end on site: pipe-diameter verification, dry-fit at the concrete stair, anchor and weld, then a finished black-painted handrail with a looped bottom return.
A 2021 South Miami / Pinecrest project pairing a condo-balcony restoration with an ADA-compliant primary bathroom: classical balustrade re-set over a fresh waterproofing membrane, aluminum slider system, and inside, a compact ADA shower with a marble curb and brushed-nickel grab bar.
A 2021 South Florida commercial interior covering both finished resort amenity (stacked-stone pool water feature) and the connecting corridor — grey-blue feature wall, brass-and-glass sconces, plank floor.
A 2022 Fort Lauderdale impact-glass slider install: two-person crew aligning and sealing the bottom track on a condo balcony, and the finished floor-to-ceiling slider with edge-fin detail visible against a Mediterranean courtyard view.
2024 South Miami / Pinecrest hardscape: a sunken paver-and-concrete driveway apron diagnosed pre-renovation, sequenced with traffic cones during the patch, and finished by a five-person crew washing the new pavers in.
A 2025 Coral Gables bathroom remodel where travertine-look porcelain tile was set with orange leveling clips to keep the long shower walls dead-flat. The finished frameless-glass walk-in pairs travertine walls, mosaic floor, and a brushed-nickel grab bar.
A 2025 Coral Gables primary-bath project where the design moves were a full-height French exterior door, a dark teal subway accent wall, and a white hex-tile floor. Frameless glass partitions the office area beyond the bath.
