This website introduces our work and provides ways to contact Jorge Enterprises GC. A website inquiry does not create a construction agreement or reserve a start date.
Project scope and estimates
A conversation or preliminary cost range is not a complete construction proposal. A detailed estimate may require plans, selections, a site visit or further investigation. The written proposal or project agreement identifies the scope, assumptions, pricing, inclusions, exclusions and any validity period that apply.
Timing and changes
Permitting, material availability, weather and existing conditions can affect scheduling and scope. Project changes and responsibilities are addressed through the applicable written agreement. Website wording does not replace it.
